Regional Reconciliation (Rekonda) Index of Construction Expensive (IKK) Data 2023

From 23 to 24 May 2023 at the Ibis Pontianak Hotel, BPS Kalimantan Barat Province held a Regional Reconciliation (Rekonda) of Construction Expensive Index (IKK) Data for 2023. The activity was opened by the Head of the Price Team, Sri Suyatmi representing Acting Head of BPS Kalimantan Barat Province. Present as facilitators from BPS were Dian Mentari Ramadita and Laura Intan Fadilah.

As many as 20 participants from the Provincial/District/City BPS and also from the Public Works and Public Housing (PUPR) Office of Kalimantan Barat Province took part in the activity. To add to the insights of the Rekonda participants, the committee invited a resource person from the PUPR Office of Kalimantan Barat Province, Juni Yonatan. The material presented is related to the Bill of Quantity (BoQ).

Rekonda IKK is a routine activity every year and is one of the stages to obtain the Construction Expensive Index. Through this Rekonda, it is hoped that the data from the Construction Cost Survey in districts/cities, especially in West Kalimantan, are in accordance with field conditions and are supported by other information. The same understanding and perception of the quality of the types of goods whose prices must be recorded is an important factor in this Rekonda activity. So that the price data for construction goods comparison between regencies/cities in Kalimantan Barat Province is more consistent and can be explained.
