Abstract

Data Needs Survey (SKD) is a survey conducted by the BPS-Statistics of Indonesia to identify statistical data requirements and the level of customer satisfaction with BPS data and services. SKD has been carried out by the Directorate of Statistics Dissemination through the Statistics Referral Sub-directorate since 2005. In 2023, BPS re-organized the SKD at the Central BPS, 34 Provincial BPS, including the BPS of Kalimantan Barat Province. The results of SKD 2023 are presented in the form of publications containing analysis of consumer characteristics, analysis of data requirements, analysis of data quality satisfaction, and performance analysis of service units. This analysis is complemented by the presentation in the form of the Consumer Satisfaction Index (IKK).
