Abstract

Deflation occurs due to a decrease in the index is greater than the increase in the index in some expenditure groups. Expenditure group index declines namely the transport, communications, and financial services by -2.33 percent. While expenditure groups experienced an increase in the index was 0.81 percent foodstuffs; food, beverages, cigarettes, and tobacco 0.13 percent; housing, water, electricity, gas, and fuel 0.80 percent; clothing group 0.03 percent; health group 0.28 percent; education, recreation, and sport 0.18 percent.
