Abstract

Inflation occurs because of the increase in the price indicated by the increase in the index of 5 (five) groups of expenditure and a decrease in the index of 2 (two) types of expenses, foodstuffs -0.44 percent; food, beverages, cigarettes, and tobacco 0.51 percent; housing, water, electricity, gas, and fuel 0.12 percent; clothing group 0.16 percent; health group of 2.90 percent; education, recreation, and sport -0.01 percent; and in the transport, communications, and financial services 2.91 percent.
