Focus Group Discussion (FGD) on Public Service Standards Socialization was held by the BPS-Statistics of Kalimantan Barat Province. This event was attended by various parties, including the Head of the Indonesian Ombudsman Representative Office of Kalimantan Barat Province, Mrs. Tariyah, S.Pd.I., M.H., as well as representatives from the Manpower and Transmigration Service, Communication and Informatics Service, Food Crops and Horticulture Service, academics, and media partners.

This discussion aims to socialize the service standards applied by the public service delivery units at the BPS-Statistics of Kalimantan Barat Province. In addition, this activity also collects input, evaluations, and reviews regarding service standards to suit the needs and expectations of all data consumer segments.
