Development of Sectoral Statistics for Regional Agencies in Kalimantan Barat Province 2024

BPS-Statistics of Kalimantan Barat Province together with the Kalimantan Barat Province Communication and Information Service carried out Sectoral Statistics Development for Kalimantan Barat Province Regional Agencies for 2024 on 15-16 May 2024 at the Ibis Pontianak Hotel. This activity was attended by 29 participants from the Department/OPD, Kominfo as Data Guardian and BPS-Statistics of Kalimantan Barat Province as Data Supervisor.

In this coaching event, several materials were presented, including related to quality Sectoral Statistics, Overview of Metadata and the Importance of Statistical Recommendations as well as the role of Data Guardians in realizing One Indonesian Data (SDI). It also includes a guide to filling in statistical metadata as well as practice filling in statistical recommendations in the Romantik application for OPDs that carry out statistical activities. It is hoped that with this sectoral statistical guidance, the OPDs in Kalimantan Barat can carry out statistical activities in accordance with established standards, with higher quality and synergy will be built between the OPDs as data producers, data guardians and data builders.
