Socialization of Evaluation Implementation Sectoral Statistics Kalimantan Barat Province 2024

The Head of BPS-Statistics of Kalimantan Barat Province, Muh Saichudin, was a resource person in the 2024 Sectoral Statistics Implementation Evaluation (EPSS) Socialization activity. This activity was organized by the Kalimantan Barat Province Communication and Information Service at the Kalimantan Ballroom of the Aston Pontianak Hotel. This activity was attended by the Head of Regional Apparatus and technical personnel who handle data for each OPD within the Kalimantan Barat Provincial Government.

In his presentation, the Head of BPS-Statistics of Kalimantan Barat Province conveyed the importance of measuring instruments for implementing sectoral statistics, namely the Statistical Development Index (IPS). This index aims to determine the magnitude of development achievements in the field of national statistics and monitor the level of progress and professionalism of government agencies in carrying out statistical activities.
