Dissemination of Employee Regulations and Leave Rights

Dissemination of Employee Regulations and Leave Rights

March 5, 2019 | Other Activities

"As long as we are still registered as Civil Servants (PNS), then all employee regulations are inherent in civil servants both during working hours and outside working hours". This was conveyed by Fazri Suhendar SH., MAP, Head of the Indonesian Bureau of Welfare and Discipline Sub-Section of the Republic of Indonesia Staff, when starting the activities of Socialization of Discipline, Marriage, Code of Ethics and Leave of Civil Servants, today Tuesday, March 5 2019 in the BPS meeting room of West Kalimantan Province.

Information dissemination activities were held on the sidelines of his visit to the BPS of Kalimantan Barat Province in order to supervise the reception of the CPNS general admissions formation followed by all employees in the Provincial BPS environment, and followed by the CPNS general acceptance formation. Also present were Head of BPS of Kalimantan Barat Province Ir. Pitono MAP, along with the ranks of the Kabag and the Head of the Department.

The material presented greatly attracted the attention of participants in the socialization, including material on employee discipline, and employee leave rights. The enthusiasm of the participants was evident from the many questions submitted in the discussion forum.

In his presentation Fazri also copied the opinion of Prof. Rhenald Kasali, PhD, Professor of Management Sciences at the Faculty of Economics, University of Indonesia "Diagnosis or non-discipline is not a matter of genetics or heredity, it is only a matter of habit".

Fazri also introduced the jargon to employees to change the KuDis (Less Dixplin) to SaDis (Very Discipline). (Rra)
