Starting in 2019, BPS of Kalimantan Barat Province received 36 CPNS STIS placements. The arrival of the CPNS was warmly welcomed by the Head of BPS of Kalimantan Barat Province along with the ranks of the Kabag / Kabid. The entire CPNS will be placed in 14 regencies / municipalities in Kalimantan Barat, with details; Sambas District 2 CPNS, Bengkayang Regency 3 CPNS, District Hedgehog 2 CPNS, Mempawah District 4 CPNS, Sanggau District 2 CPNS, Ketapang District 2 CPNS, Sintang District 2 CPNS, Kapuas Hulu District 2 CPNS, Sekadau District 3 CPNS, Melawi District 3 CPNS, Melawi District 4 CPNS, Melawi District 4 CPNS , North Kayong Regency 1 CPNS, Kubu Raya District 3 CPNS, Pontianak City 4 CPNS, and Singkawang City 2 CPNS.
Welcoming activities began with lunch together followed by a briefing from the Head of BPS of Kalimantan Barat Province Ir. Pitono, MAP. In his speech he delivered ten points, as a provision / guideline for success for CPNS before going directly into the world of work.
Ir. Pitono advised the CPNS to always have the HONEST nature, even in small matters. Being DISCIPLINE in work is also very necessary given the solid BPS activities. BPS employees including BPS CPNS are required to have GAUL (Good Interpersonal skills) which is having the ability or skill in establishing work relations between employees. He also advised to always ask for prayers, asking for SUPPORT from Parents / Families to be smooth in carrying out their duties. In addition, WORKING HARD and LOVING WHAT IS DONE is also the key to success in the world of work.
Every CPNS in order to learn to have a GOOD and STRONG LEADERSHIP soft skill, always has SPIRIT and has a COMPETITIVE personality. And what is not less important is the ability to manage good life and the ability to sell ideas is also needed.
